The Magic Kingdom Share A Dream Come True Parade -- by Jessica Johnson

In May of 2002, I was able to surprise Chris, my husband, with a VIP viewing area for the Magic Kingdom’s Share a Dream Come True Parade. We were at WDW to celebrate our third anniversary, and had planned many surprises for each other. I had tried to arrange for Chris to be the Grand Marshal of the parade, but was not able to accomplish that. The CM that was helping me was, however, able to arrange the VIP viewing, so we had a nearly private showing of the parade. Our VIP area was shared with 3 or 4 other people. The area we watched the parade from was on the bridge from the Hub to Liberty Square. Prior to the parade, the bridge gets roped off, as the parade passes directly over the bridge. If you travel over it you’ll see that there are little alcoves on either side of the bridge, and one has some white benches. This is where we were seated. We really enjoyed the Parade and the interaction with the characters. We hope you enjoy the pictures.
