What is your occupation? Homeschooling Mom
Who is your favorite Disney Character and why? Mickey Mouse. He is always happy and wanting to make people smile.
As an ImaginEAR, what regular feature/job do you do for MFL? Homeschool and Scrapbook info.
How many times have you vacationed to a Disney destination? More than I can count as a kid, about 7 times with my own family.
What is your favorite Disney Resort (or off site property) and why? Fort Wilderness! It is my favorite place in the whole, wide world. It is rustic, and just so calming and relaxing. I love to just walk around there.
What is your favorite Disney restaurant, in or out of the parks? Boma. I love the variety.
What is your favorite ride or attraction at any of the Disney parks? Expedition: Everest. That ride is incredible!
When visiting Disney theme parks, do you "park hop" or not and why? No. Since we live so far away, our trips are pretty long. We just choose one park, and stay there. We find that more relaxing with the longer trip than hopping around.
What is your favorite Disney memory? When my youngest son got to fight Captain Jack during the Pirate Tutorial. That was super fun!
What is your favorite "extra cost" event/tour? We did the Family Magic Tour, and my kids thought it was great to hang out with Peter Pan.
Have you met any MFL members at a Disney park? No, I have not yet.
Besides "things Disney", what do you like to do in your free time? Scrapbook, and cook.
What would people be surprised to know about you? Due to an unsuccessful attempt to foster pets (we fell in love with them and ended up keeping them all), each of my 5 kids now has their own cat and their own dog. You do the math!
What is your best MouseForLess money saving tip? For some people, the dining experience is a big part of their trip. But for us, with such a large family and active kids, we found it a lot easier and cheaper to eat at counter service restaurants. Saved us a lot of money and time.
What area of TheMouseForLess.com do you use most frequently? I like to read people's reviews of places. Gives me some insight I hadn't thought of.
What is your favorite aspect of MFL? Everyone is so willing to share their ideas and experiences for the purpose of helping others have a great trip!
