Who does your family consist of? Me, my DH Jeff and our DD Ellory.
What is your occupation? I work at home handling business relations for our family's business. I was an eduactor for years, and that is my true love and passion!
Who is your favorite Disney Character and why? The characters from Peter Pan (bitter sweet story- deeper meaning), and characters from Sleeping Beauty (movie is truly a work of art, we love that Prince Phillip has a personality, Aurora was SO elusive at the parks for many years, Malificent scared the crud out of me as a kid!!)
As an ImaginEAR, what regular feature/job do you do for MFL? - MFL WDW Shopper, sometimes as the MFL Event Reporter as needed/requested. I also do Pixie Dust Delivery gift bag service in which we create personalized Disney gift bags and deliver them to Disney resorts as a benefit to MFLers. pixiedustdelivery@yahoo.com.
How many times have you vacationed to a Disney destination? HUNDREDS, literally!
What is your favorite Disney Resort (or off site property) and why? The Disney Magic cruise ship!!!!! It has it all: fun for everyone no matter your age, fantastic entertainment, great food, outstanding service, Disney characters, and Disney touches all over. The perfect Disney vacation (did I mention Castaway Cay??).
What is your favorite Disney restaurant, in or out of the parks? Storytellers at Disneyland and Citricos at Walt Disney World.
What is your favorite ride or attraction at any of the Disney parks? Space Mountain and Peter Pan, both the Disneyland version....ohh....Indiana Jones at Disneyland......do the Christmas versions of Haunted Mansion and It's a Small World count?? I LOVE them, too!!
When visiting Disney theme parks, do you "park hop" or not and why? Not usually. We live nearby Walt Disney World so our visits are usually 'day' trips. When visiting Disneyland, we absolutely park hop because it is easy close!
What is your favorite Disney memory? There are SO many- most involve a magical moment with my daughter and the Disney characters.....maybe when she was 3 and screaming 'Hi" to each character during the nighttime parade at Disneyland.....we were SURE she was going to run out and join the parade! It was so cute, and I can still hear her voice years later!
What is your favorite "extra cost" event/tour? OOOhh....right now the Pirate and Princess Party!
Have you met any MFL members at a Disney park? If so, who and what did you do? Yes- usually at group 'meets'. I have even made friends where we get together for lunch about once a month, too. (Lisa, that's YOU!)
Besides "things Disney", what do you like to do in your free time? Help at DD's school, lead a Brownie troop, read.....really just hang with my family.
What would people be surprised to know about you? I don't like chocolate, I didn't see snow until I was 20, and we live 20 minutes from WDW but much prefer DL!!
What is your best MouseForLess money saving tip? Work the system!! There are lots of ways to save here and there....and MFL is the best place to discover all you need to know.
What area of TheMouseForLess.com do you use most frequently? The message board! I love to read what everyone is talking about and love to share my experience to help others have the best Disney vacation ever!
What is your favorite aspect of MFL? The kind, HAPPY, SHARING atmosphere!!
