Run quick from Quicksilver! I have used them in the past without issue - because I did not have issues. This past trip in early Feb 2010 I needed to reschedule my pick up due to a snow storm in Chicago. I called 27 hours in advance and was told I would have to pay an additional $50 to reschedule. The card I was given at pick up said "A $50 fee MAY apply if you contact us with than 36 hours." The owner would not budge on the $50 charge, was quite rude to me, and tried to bully us by repeated phone calls during our vacation. In the past week, travel has been delayed all over the country due to weather but he was absolutely not willing to work with us. The airlines were even more accommodating! This is a premium service that does not provide premium customers service!

We used them in April 2004 and were very pleased. Our arriving flight was over an hour early, and not at the main terminal, but the driver was there within minutes of our arrival. They were also right on time for our return pickup. The driver was very professional and the car was clean and in good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I really can't say enough about how pleased we were with Quicksilver's service! They were fabulous. Very accommodating, courteous, professional and thorough.

We received the $5 discount for being a MFL member....very gladly I may add.

The driver was waiting for us in the baggage claim area - and our flight was a little early.
He helped us with our luggage - and we had 3 small children and they already had the car seats all ready for us. We did the grocery store stop and they even helped us carry the bags!

My favorite part was how friendly and interactive he was with us - we were all very excited - but for those drivers who see this over and over and over again - I imagine it would get boring and you wouldn't want to make conversation about all the time. He was great asking the kids what they were most excited about etc. And when he dropped us off at our resort and unloaded the car he said “Have a great week and I'll see you next Sunday for your return flight!" I thought it was such a nice touch that they send the same driver without requesting it.

We also traveled during Hurricane Frances, and our originally flight home was cancelled. Quicksilver was very pro active in contacting us at our hotel to get new flight information in a timely manner - before any loss of power or communication. We really appreciated their efforts because it's certainly not the type of thing we want to be thinking about on vacation.

They truly were a pleasure to deal with, I will gladly use them again. And will refer them with pride and confidence.
