We were picked up from the airport to WDW, from WDW to Port Canaveral for our cruise, from the port back to WDW after the cruise, and back to the airport the next day. We had Bob for all 4 segments. He was there early waiting for us all 4 times. The SUV was clean and well maintained. The service was exceptional. Bob went above and beyond our expectations including taking us back to Port Canaveral to retrieve a bag we forgot at the terminal adding at least an extra hour to his day with no additional charge. Once again we used Sunray & we are always totally satisfied & impressed by the excellent service! They are always on time, waiting for us, the vehicles are clean & comfortable. With a party of 5, it was a bargain over WDW buses. Sunray has always provided top notch service. I just reserved their service for the 4th trip in a row. They were very nice and on time comign and going. We felt very comfortable riding with them. There were 3 adults and a 6yr old in our party and the driver was very nice and answereed the question we all had asked him and was nice to my 6yr old thank you. We have used SunRay Transportation on every trip (7 so far) to Disney World except the 2 times we drove down ourselves. We have been extremely pleased with their prompt service. They are friendly and very relaxed. We have NEVER had to wait at the Amtrak station or at our resort. On the trip that included 20 people total, there were babies, toddlers, young children as well as 1 senior citizen. The drivers at SunRay were very courteous and helpful. We were picked up on time, and made the 30 min grocery stop without a hitch, got to OKW perfectly. The way back to the airport is when I was truly impressed. We were on the road for about 20 minutes when my Husband's cell phone rang. My mother-in-law, who had driven down to Florida and met us in Disney, was calling to tell my husband that he had given her our set of keys when he loaded their car, and taken their set. So now they are unable to leave OKW, and we will be unable to get home from Philly when our plane gets in. Total Freak out time. Roger tells us it is impossibe to turn back now because he has a pick-up right after our drop off, but he quickly gets on his cell phone to Bob. They arrange it so that Bob meets us at the airport right after Roger drops us off, and takes my in-laws keys from my husband. Meanwhile, Sam went to OKW and got our keys from my in-laws and drove them down to the airport. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty!!!!We travel to Disney every year and will never use another company again, and will encourage all of our friends who go down to do the same thing! Just got back from our first trip to Universal and stayed at the Royal Pacific Resort. Bob was there at the bottom of the stairway waiting for us as we went for our luggage. Plenty of space in the SUV for 5 of us and our luggage. Stopped at Publix for our 30 minute grocery stop and then on to the hotel. Bob was professional and very helpful with what rides and attractions we should see at Universal and IOA. This was much easier than renting a vehicle, that we never would have used once we got to Universal. Bob was early and waiting for us outside the hotel for the short trip back to the airport on our return. I was initially leary about using a transportation service that I knew nothing about, but thanks to the recommendations on this forum I went with Sunray and will use them the next time we vacation in Orlando! I had changed our itinerary almost a dozen times over the months before we arrived, and once during our stay, and each change was met with a laugh and a "no problem" from Bob. He was fun, got us to our hotel and the airport quickly, and you can't beat the price. January 04, 2005 Posted by: AimeeM I just have to give my praise to Bob at Sunray too! I first had Bob as my driver when he was with Yourride. I got him every time I came to Disney! He's the best! When I went to reserve him this past January, I was disappointed to hear he was gone from yourride. I was also a little curious as to why the complete look and way of booking changed at the yourride website. I found this great website and started reading the reviews on transportation companies, as I just was unsure of the "new" yourride and was willing to try someone new. I started reading a post from Maine_Jennifer on this board, and saw that she was talking about the same Bob that I had used many times, and how he was now an owner of Sunray! I was really excited to have found him. I emailed him immediately from the Sunray website, and booked with him once again for our trip this past Thanksgiving. Its a great feeling when you are coming down the escalator at MCO and Bob is standing there holding our sign!! He is friendly and super nice. He gets all of luggage and takes us out to his Suburban. He loads us all up, helps with the getting us all in, and opens and closes the doors for us. Within 30 minutes, we are at our hotel. It was interesting to hear all of the hurricane stories and he was pointing out the damage it had caused. He has always been ontime ( early in fact ) when he comes back to pick us up to take us to the airport. I have recommended Bob to 4 other families that have used him and have also been extremely pleased with his services. One family ( my sister in law) had scheduled Mears to take her family to and from Universal from the All Star Resort. She didnt know Bob did this. While chatting on the ride to Disney, she mentioned to Bob her Universal plans and he quoted her a price to transport them back and forth for 2 days! He was much cheaper and my sister in law was thrilled. I cant say enough great things about Bob and his service! Give Sunray a try! You wont be sorry! We had used YourRide in November of 2003 and had Roger and when I called YourRide and asked if I could have Roger pick me up in December I was informed that he left the company so I cancelled my reservation with them. Upon reading in a post in Mouse for Less that Roger and Bob had started SunRay Transportation I called and reserved Roger. As in November of 2003 he was waiting for us with a sign withour name on. He recognized our family immediately. He was prompt, polite and a very safe driver. Roger even entertained my 3 year old granddaughter by showing her the Mickey Mouse signs on the road and when he picked us up at the hotel to go back to the airport he talked to her about the souvenirs she was carrying into the car. We are going back in February and I have already reserved Roger to pick us up at the airport. After a grocery stop and with 8 people there is extra stuff we headed to the hotel. On the way he gave us some information that we didn't know. He picked us up for our return trip to the airport early but we were ready to go. I think out of all the transportation companies around the area, they were the best priced and most courtieous.
