In order to receive these low nightly rates, guests staying in one of OrlandoVacation's rental homes or hotels must pay $50 refundable deposit. The final balance will be due 15 days prior to your arrival. If you should need to cancel your reservation as long as you notify them prior to 16 days of your arrival your deposit will be refunded minus a $15 administration fee. If you need to cancel your reservation inside of 15 days of your arrival additional cancellation fees will apply. For hotels, there is cancellation fee equal to one night's room deposit.
