All Star Movies Resort Comments

Do you have a comment about the All-Star Movies Resort that you would like to have added to this list? Send it to Catherine at catherine@TheMouseForLess.com.

If you don‚t want to pay for a preferred room and would like a room close to the food court and bus stops, request the Toy Story section (Buzz Lightyear building) or 101 Dalmatians section (Pongo building). If you like it especially quiet, try the Love Bug section. Remember that Disney tries to fill requests but can‚t guarantee them.

If you get stuck inMighty ducks, which I did, last January, It is a LONGGGG walk to the bus stop and food court.. there is a much shorter walk to use the all star music food court and bus stop from there.

My family of 8 stayed at ASMo last Sept 26-Oct 3. We had 3 rooms in the Fantasia 8 building. My room had 3 adults in it & we found it was slightly crowded but not horribly so. Since it was my family's 1st time down there they were thrilled w/the themeing of the place. We used the Food Court more at ASMo than I have ever used at any of the other resorts I've stayed at. We all decided that we got the best food at the best prices right there at "home". One night we were supposed to eat at Wilderness Lodge. We decided that the restaurant (Artists Point) just didn't have anything we were interested in. Went back to the Food Court & ended up eating Prime Rib for $7.99. The portions were HUGE! My family all decided that if we stayed there again we'd just eat at the Food Court rather than make PS in the parks. The Fantasia building was within nice walking distance of the main building. We were on the other side though, not overlooking the pool, so we still had some quiet time too. I had made the ressies thinking that I wasn't going to enjoy the resort as much as I did the Beach Club or CBR but I was wrong. I would definitely stay there again!
