The Yacht and Beach Club are joined, but they are considered separate resorts that share amenities. They are located on Crescent Lake just beyond Epcot's World Showcase, and both have a New England oceanside theme.

The Yacht Club is decorated in a nautical fashion; the Beach Club is like an old-fashioned seaside resort. If you face Crescent Lake from the Boardwalk, the Yacht Club is the gray building and the Beach Club the blue one.

Room Categories: Rooms can have one king or two queen beds and a child-sized daybed. All have double sinks and a separate vanity area. Some rooms have balconies or patios. Standard view rooms may overlook a rooftop or parking lot. Garden or water view rooms can be booked for a higher price. A few rooms are available with a Murphy bed (folds up into the wall). The rooms are around 380 square feet.

Concierge service is available. Concierge rooms are on the 5th floor.

The Beach Club Villas is a Disney Vacation Club property, featuring studios and one-and two-bedroom condominium-style accommodations. The studios feature a kitchenette, and the one- and two- bedroom villas have full kitchens. These rooms may be booked through Central Reservations as a Home-Away-From-Home Resort.

The Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are located in the Epcot resort area. Epcot is the closest theme park. Typhoon Lagoon is the closest water park.

Transportation to Disney Attractions: The Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are within easy walking distance of Epcot's International Gateway. It is also possible to walk to the Studios by accessing the walking path behind the Boardwalk (directly across Crescent Lake). Friendship boats, shared with the Boardwalk and the Swan/Dolphin resorts, run daily between Epcot and the Studios. The entire boat trip to the Studios will take about a half-hour. Transportation is by bus to all other destinations. The Yacht and Beach Clubs each have their own separate bus stop. The bus route is shared with the Swan/Dolphin and the Boardwalk.

GUIDE TO THE YACHT & BEACH CLUBS

The Yacht Club lobby features nautical touches. A store called Fairings & Fittings is located just off the lobby.

The Beach Club lobby is bright and breezy. The Atlantic Wear Emporium is located nearby.

The Solarium, a new addition to the Beach Club, is a spacious lounge.
