Trip Planning > Ask Pam > Use of Disney transportation

Ask Pam -- 3/20/02

A MFL Member Asks:

We are driving to WDW this year. we've already got our motel on-site and all. We purchased a package and can hardly wait. We will be taking someone else with us of course after all the package was paid for... Iíve been watching the postings that I can purchase tickets ahead of time thru our Disney store, but the question is if we get the 4 day hopper for him, does that still include the use of the Monorail. bus service etc to get around like ours does or do I have to find something else? also we have on our package for the water parks and I can't find anything for prices so our guest can get tickets ahead of time. if you could help me or steer me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.

Pam Responds:

First have a wonderful vacation. I have to say that once you tell people that you are going to Disney World, you often have people who decide they want to go too :)

Any multi-day Walt Disney World admission does include the use of Disney Transportation . In addition all guest visiting the Walt Disney World resort are free to use Disney transportation including the monorails, bus service and boat transportation located throughout Walt Disney World. Disney offers so many ways to get around. We think all the transportation options also offer additional options for fun! The monorail ride over to Epcot in the evening, is really pretty, and the boats are fun any times of day.

You will be able to purchase tickets to the water parks at Guest services at your hotel when you check-in. Tickets are approximately $33 per adult and $27 per child.
