October 30, 2006 Just in time for all pirates on Halloween, Disney provides a great prop. This is the first (and probably only) line of defense for Castaway Cay! Doesn't look like it gets much use. DCL Eastern Cruise, Castaway Cay. Picture taken Oct. 24, 2003.

October 23, 2006 Disney leaves nothing laying around without trying to make it into something fun. Notice the wire ears on Mickey, along with Pluto's tail wagging behind them. This is a favorite spot to sit the kids down for a great picture. DCL Eastern Cruise, Castaway Cay. Picture taken Oct. 24, 2003. - Submitted by Joyce in NH

October 16, 2006 And what would a site of pictures of the Disney Cruise Line be without at least one picture of the magnificent combination glass and acrylic chandelier sculpture designed by Dale Chihuly. "Festa Venezia" is composed of more than 500 handmade trumpet-shaped elements, very shell like in appearance. I was lucky enough to get a picture of this with no one in the shot, a very rare occurrence in the main atrium of a DCL ship. In the background along the balcony is a bronze relief of our favorite Disney characters. Picture taken Oct. 20, 2003.

October 09, 2006 As usual, the Disney details are there, in Lumiere's Restaurant The Beast's Rose is highlighted on the beautiful light sconces all around this magnificent dining room. Picture taken Oct. 21, 2003.

October 02, 2006 A picture perfect princess, so graciously allowing us to take her picture. She is standing in the main DCL Magic lobby next to the grand staircase. Notice the Hidden Mickeys on the stair railing, a little bit on an angle, but definitely there. Taken October 20, 2003.
