Room sleeps : 2 bedroom villa, can sleep 8 - (King sized bed in master, pull-out sleeper sofa in living room, queen sized bed in the second bedroom and a pull-out couch in the second bedroom.)

Please Rate the Following on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the best):

Theming: 8 - Lovely, but not exotic.
Room Size: 10 - Plenty of room with 2 families per villa.
Amenities: 9 - But the oven took a LONG time to pre-heat.
Quality: 10 - Excellent!
Cleanliness: 10 - Until the kids got a hold of it! LOL!
Transportation: 9 - The walk to Epcot is so short, the boat ride to the Studios was great, and the buses to the other 2 parks were not long, but would have been nice to have buses more often.
Recreation: 10 lots to do here but we didn't really take advantage of it.
Value: 9 - It's very pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Over all rating: 9 Would stay here again.

Don't miss: The walk to Epcot!

Room Location Suggestion: We stayed at Villa 423 and loved it. We had a view of the courtyard. However, the noise from IllumiNations was very loud. My parents were in 407 and said they heard the fireworks but it wasn't that loud.

The Mouse For less Tip: The make-your-own yogurt, fruit and granola parfaits can be had for a snack credit. This would make a nice light breakfast.

Comments: We happened to be there during the rainy season. Because of this, we found the counter service selections to be not sufficient. Hurricane Hanna's is a poolside spot, and the Beach Club Marketplace has limited seating and is basically a deli. I'm sure that in nice weather, eating outside is very nice.

Room sleeps : 4 plus a small child under 3, that's what the brochure says.

Please Rate the Following on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the best):

Theming: 10 - casual and beachy, Very nice.
Room Size: 10 - Large king size bedroom, as big as any standard hotel room, plus very large living room with pullout sofa, plus kitchen and foyer.
Amenities: 10 - Best pool on property, stormalong bay, plus DVC only quiet pool.
Quality: 10 absolutely nothing wrong with this place.
Cleanliness: 10 - Spotless.
Transportation: 7 - I hate the bus to MK and DTD, but walk into Epcot and Studios.
Recreation: 9 - so much to do, towel origami in the morning in lobby, movies on the beach at night with smores.
Value: 9 - free laundry in room, full size kitchen to make your own breakfast and keep leftovers, but buying into DVC is expensive.? If you are not a member, rent points from a member, less expensive than cash reservations.

Over all rating: 9 - No question we'll be back.

Don't miss: The pool.

Room Location Suggestion: We had a nice courtyard view from our balcony. nice quiet location.? Villas are not near stormalong bay so you don't get the noise, but it is easy to walk to it.

The Mouse For less Tip: Rent points.... if you have a family these suites are worth it.

Comments: The laundry came into high play with us this trip since ciara left her suitcase at home and had only 1 extra change of clothes..? We love the extra room in the villas.
