Don't Miss: Swimming areas are wonderful.

Room Location Suggestion: Any place must have been better than where we were.

The Mouse For Less Tip: Don't wail until late to eat at this resort. The Pepper Market runs out of many things, even at the individual stalls.

Comments: We were quite a ways from the main building, even though we requested to be near. Both my daughter and our room had cleanliness issues. Mirrors had water spots, hair on bathroom floor and in tub, stained comforter, broken radio. My daughters room did not have a pak and play. We arrived late, so dropped our luggage in the room, she called for the pak and play, then we went to eat. We were gone 2 hours and the pak and play was not delivered. Called again and it was delivered quickly. I called and talked to the Housekeeping manager on the morning of checkout, because I just felt this was not right for a newly remodeled resort to have cleaning issues, and he was very concerned. Hopefully this will be corrected.

I loved the new decor of the rooms. They are very sleek and the bed is very comfortable and roomy. I just did not appreciate having a stained comforter. The sliding doors near the sink area are a nice addition. Allows for several people to be getting ready.

Don't Miss: Love just walking around this resort, really pretty. You kind of forget that you are at Disney in a good way.

Room Location Suggestion: Not really sure, we were in the Ranchos, since this was our first stay, can’t really say if something else would have been better, but it was a bit of a walk to the main building (but not horrible).

The Mouse For Less Tip: I did not have a chance to research this hotel much before leaving. I had heard talks about Pepper Market but when we went to eat the first night, DD13 was having a moment and I ended up ordering food at what I thought was the counter service restaurant and it turned out that it was not, forget the name of the place off-hand, but I remember thinking that the food selection was not that good. The day we checked out we were spending with a friend, and while waiting for her to come and get us, we stumbled upon Pepper Market, which is a bit confusing. We accidently entered through the exit (again not remembering what other people had posted about eating here). So we got in line to select food, only to have to get out of line, to get a number, and be seated to get back in line again :o( Had a nice breakfast here, but prefer the counter/quick service places were you go and select your food and then go pay and then worry about a table.

Comments: DD13 did not like the main pool, although it might have been that she was off-kilter this day, but this was the night she had her biggest break-down on the trip. We were supposed to eat dinner out by the pool and she was going to swim and she went ahead to the pool and I was going to meet her there with food. She ended up meeting at the main building and we walked back and ate at the room. She said there were a lot of bugs in the pool. I never did actually get to see the pool.

Also, the buses seemed to be really good here, going and coming from the park. Not sure if it is because of the late starts we got and we never made it to park closing. We were also a short walk from a bus stop.
