General Tips:
I was there at 5:00PM for my reservation and I was the only person sitting outside on the terrace. On a weekend or closer to a holiday, I'd definately recommend a reservation.

10% Premium annual passport discount, not sure about the "lower" kinds.
Extra Comment:
I loved sitting outside and looking out over Downtown Disney. Melissa is the best server I've ever had as well.

General Tips: Make reservations to sit upstairs but the general time to wait for downstairs is very short.
MouseForLess Tip: If you share a salad and each have an entree, it is a lot of food.
Extra Comment: have seen some celebrities on occasion dining here.
