Atmosphere: 1 (No dedicated seating area, though there are benches nearby.
As a result, I would not say that there's an atmosphere to the place, other
than the backdrop of Paradise Pier itself.)

Extra Comments: For the time being, there's a procession that goes through
the Paradise Pier area with Nemo and costumed dancers. If you're lucky like
we were, you might get some entertainment with your dining!
