Sharon Hahn & Family - December 2006

Cast: Tom (36), Sharon (me - 33), Kendra (4.5), Renee (53) & Tom (54)

Day 5 - Wednesday, December 13th

Today Tom & I slept in till 8:30 am & let Kendra sleep till 9:15. We brought breakfast up to the room to save time. We got to MGM about 10:15am. First thing we did was the Great Movie ride. I love that one, especially the Wizard of Oz part. Tom covered Kendra's eyes during Alien so she wouldn't get scared.

Then we did Little Mermaid, Muppets3-D, Playhouse Disney, character greetings & then had a CS lunch. Then we did Mickey's Ave ,Star Tours, & Backlot Tour. I volunteered FIL for the Backlot tour. He was the one who sat in the chair & all of the water poured over him. We were hysterical. He got soaked.

After that Kendra had her face painted like Tink. It was a good choice since her shirt had Tink on it & read "Im a good Fairy Sometimes". Then we let Kendra play on the HISTK play set. It was very cool, but if it was a busy day it would be hard to keep track of your kid.

Then it was time for the Holiday Stars & Motor Cars parade. By the time it started Kendra fell asleep in the stroller. I couldn't believe she slept thru all the music. It was loud. I guess all that climbing on the playset wore her out.

After the parade my Fil & I heading over to TOT while Kendra was still sleeping. It was only a 5 min wait.

When we got back Kendra was up. We had an ADR at 4:30 at 50'sPrime Time. We had Aunt Sue as our server. It was very cool in there. MIL&FIL commented that their houses were decorated like that when they were going up. It was also decorated for Christmas inside with 50's decorations. All of the adults had the fried chicken which was scrumpcious. Kendra had mac & cheese but didn't like it so I gave her some of my chicken.

After dinner we headed over to see the Osborne lights. Out of this World is all I can say. I had seen pics but they do not do it justice. Beautiful!!

After that we rushed over to Fantasmic. Tom & I had see this before but inlaws & Kendra hadn't. Kendra was captivated by it. (I will never get tired of this one.) That was a great ending to our day.
