Sharon Hahn & Family - December 2006

Cast: Tom (36), Sharon (me - 33), Kendra (4.5), Renee (53) & Tom (54)

Day 8 - Saturday, December 17th

Today Tom & I got up at 6:30am. I was so glad we got most of our things packed last night. We woke Kendra at 7:30am. While I was getting Kendra ready Tom took our bags downstairs to have them checked for the ME Bus.

We we in the MK parking lot by 8:45. The line for the monorail was enmormous! Wow what a differance a day makes I thought. We started towards the ferry but were told the ferry wasn't operating. No wonder the line for MK was so long.

We descided to go to Epcot b/c there was no line. Epcot was not too bad when we first got there. Kendra wanted her face painted again so we asked where the closest one was & was told the WS in the outpost was the only one in Epcot. So Tom & I took her back there while inlaws shopped. She came back Cinderella this time.

By the time we got back to future world a mass of people had arrived. Everywhere we looked were long lines. We did a few rides but after a week with minimal waits it made it hard to stand in line. We descided to go back to the resort for lunch.

After lunch Kendra sat in the lobby watching movies with Tom b/c he would be leaving at 2pm for the train. MIL & I went into the gift shop to browse. We both came out a few dollars less than when we entered.

Tom soon left for the train. (Gosh I wish he flew with us, he wouldn't be home until Sunday afternoon.) Our ME time was 4:30.Our driver this time was great.We even got to watch the movie. It made me very sad to be leaving. I started thinking of all the things we didn't get to do this trip. But I guess thats a good thing b/c it makes me get excited for the next trip back.

We got to MCO & I checked us in with AirTran. I was very annoyed b/c we had to take our bags to a differant place to check them. (In Philly they take them right there when you check in to get your boarding pass) Oh well I guess I was cranky.

We boarded our plane about 7:30 & Kendra fell asleep 15 min later. They had no pillows so I had to crumble up my coat for her. SHe slept right thru. We tried to wake her when we landed but she was out. FIL tried to carry her but when she woke up she only wanted me to hold her. My back was breaking. Thank God the stroller was there when we got off.

We finally got home about 11:30pm.Kendra was asleep again & soon we all would be.
