Spring is just around the corner and so is the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival.
Kicking off today, March 1st, through April 23rd, guests can experience the best of California cuisine at the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. The festival features culinary demonstrations, celebrity chef appearances, and seminars.
The culinary presentations are free of charge, but no samples are provided. Check out the schedule here.
Also free of charge are family-friendly seminars, where Chef Daniella Malfitano shares her expertise during 30-minute appearances on select days throughout the festival.
At the Jr. Chef experience, with the help of Chef Goofy, kids are able to follow a recipe and even get to take the finished product with them.
But the heart of the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is the Festival Markeplace. Here, Guests can enjoy food and drinks inspired by fresh Californian ingredients. Beer and wine aficionados will rejoice in discovering an array of local craft beers and wines from all across the Golden State.

Disneyland Resort chefs and sommeliers featured in the new Disney Festivals Cookbook beckon with a 4-course dinner inspired by Festival recipes, reflecting cultures and cuisines from around the world. Reserve your spot to meet and dine with the chefs and sommeliers.
And who would not like to be in the kitchen with a Top Chef? On select days, different star chefs share some of the secrets of their success, personal stories, and a few of their favorite recipes. Next, Guests are able to enjoy a brunch buffet with one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, coffee, tea, or water. After the event, guests will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with the chef. The price for this experience is $110 per person, plus tax and gratuities for servers.
