“And now with the captains permission we will play all 6 of the Disney Dream horns” said the cruise director over the intercom on Day 3 of the cruise. It was one of those moments that truly captured all of the Disney magic.
And like all of the different horn options, each tune brings to mind all of the many reasons to love a Disney cruise!
When You Wish Upon a Star:
When thinking of a perfect room for your cruise voyage you probably wish for comfort and space. Disney Cruise Line staterooms offer large accommodations, with comfortable beds. The split bathroom design makes getting ready in the morning a breeze. And the transformation from your day room to your night room makes every return back to your room a fun adventure!
A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes:
When dreaming about your perfect vacation, every one has a different vision in mind, but Disney comes to the rescue by providing entertainment for all. Whether you are interested in world class stage productions like “The Golden Mickeys”, new theater releases, entertainment for the kids in the Oceanear’s Club, family crafts or health and wellness there are plenty of activities to pick. And to make it even better, every evening a Personal Navigator shows up in your stateroom outlining all of the next days events. Of course if you would rather do nothing at all – private verandas and quiet areas on deck 4 and 11 offer great places to read or just watch the ocean go by.
Be Our Guest:
Disney is known for their exceptional customer service and the Cast on board the Disney Dream does not disappoint. From the moment your family is announced upon boarding, until the moment you leave, you will feel like a special guest. With a serving team that serves you for your entire voyage, they will get to know your special needs and requests.
Hi Diddle Dee (from Pinocchio):
The fun and unexpected extra touches set this cruise line apart. Have you ever seen fireworks at sea? Or watched characters swim by on a virtual porthole in your room? Just a few of the little extras, but there are many more for you to find…
It’s a Small World:
While the ship is beautiful and has every service imaginable, it is also like a small community where the magic is in every corner. Whether eating dinner at Palo’s and enjoying the ocean view, or sitting poolside admiring the Aqua duck, you will see rich theming and attention to detail. And with plenty of adult only areas onboard, the Disney Cruise Line is not just for the kids.
Yo Ho (A Pirate’s Life for Me):
Much like a pirate stealing his bounty, you will feel like you have found a lost treasure exploring Castaway Cay – Disney’s own private island. With a beautiful beach, designated kids area (if you want to drop off the kids) and an adult only area, you will enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with good food too!
Happy Cruising – Enjoy all the melodies and memories too!
