On our first day of our vacation in August, we planned on swimming at Port Orleans, having a photo session at the Grand Floridian, and having dinner at 1900 Park Fare. A few weeks before our trip, I phoned the Photopass at the Grand Floridian and reserved our time slot for about an hour before our dining reservation. My husband and I shopped and decided on coordinating outfits for our family of five. Our choice was based on preference and capitalizing on what we already owned in our closets.
The day quickly arrived. We met our photographer just as the rain began. She recapped our options: to proceed indoors, wait and see, or reschedule for later in the week. We all were excited about the photoshoot, getting hungry, and not certain it would work into later plans; so we proceeded as planned, just indoors. The following blog highlights just a few of my favorites out of the 100 photos taken.
The photoshoot was a highlight of our recent trip. All 3 kids thoroughly enjoyed the unique opportunity. What’s not to love about being the star of the show? Of course, I purchased the CD and 5 pictures. Since we have arrived home, I have framed several poses and designed a vacation book. If you get the chance to schedule a photoshoot, I highly recommend you take advantage of this experience.
