- The temporary kiosk, Midnattsol Bakeri is now open in the Norway pavilion at Epcot. Located at the Norway promenade, this stop offers up Guest favorites such as the Norwegian school bread, Lefse, cupcakes, chocolate pretzels and the Norwegian Club Sandwich. Kringla Bakeri will remain closed for refurbishment through summer 2018.
- To celebrate the Sakura Festival, which takes place from March 15 through April 15, Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs is kicking things off with a fun Happy Hour. It will feature brewmasters from Crooked Can Brewing Company on Thursday, March 15. This Happy Hour will feature a Sakura Kolsch, available only at Morimoto Asia paired with Pan-Asian bites.
- In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Vivoli il Gelato at Disney Springs is offering a Leprechaun Milkshake and Shamrock Sundae at Disney Springs. The Leprechaun Milkshake is made with mint chocolate chip gelato, spun with Nutella brownies, drizzled with chocolate sauce, and topped with a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream. The Shamrock Sundae features two scoops of pistachio gelato, mint chocolate chip gelato, chocolate sauce, and topped with whipped cream.
- Beginning April 13 for a limited time, an immersive children’s experience at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will entertain kids with playful character experiences that features captivating programming, character interactions and dining. Youngsters can take part in Space Ranger Training, Woody’s Roundup, the Piston Cup Challenge and the Incredible Dancy Party. Guests will be able to meet Toy Story and The Incredibles characters too. This children’s experience is $65 (plus tax) per child and dinner is included. Guests should call 407-824-KIDS for more information. In order to make way for this brand-new experience, The Game Station Arcade has closed.
