Easy DIY Crafts are fun for the whole family! Are you looking for a way to work in some Disney magic on a rainy spring day? Or looking for something to pack on the plane to keep your kids busy? Michaels Craft stores have a great new line of Disney Kids Crafts Kits featuring fun projects for all ages, abilities and genders. The princess section has small kits to larger kits to building castles. The classic Mickey gang section has window sun catchers and even masks!
Under the peg-hooked products they have bulk kits. These have larger bead sets that can be perfect for a group of children or be a kit that lasts a few months. Also, as an option, they have bulk cut outs of different characters for coloring and dress up called Party Packs!
Some of our favorites from this section have been the Frozen bracelet kit. This is great for the plane, easy to pack and does not require you to have any tools or water to complete it. The Mickey wind chime was a close second favorite. We did this project at home as it required some painting. The biggest hit though has been a craft that was a set of princesses that were on a heavy card stock paper and come with foam sticker dresses. We enhanced this kit by using some glitter glue pens to jazz up the dresses.
All of the projects range in price but they are normally about $2.99 to $10.99, but they also are often on sale! (Or you could probably use one of the many coupons Michaels offers!)
Doing small Disney crafts is a great way to infuse that fun magic to your weekly routine! You can’t be too old to work on these projects.
