Walt Disney World News
- It’s official! The Walt Disney World Resort will reopen in July! Both the Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will reopen on July 11 and Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot will be opening on July 15. Find out the details of what Guests will be able to expect when re-entering the park.
- In anticipation of the Resort reopening, there have been some major changes that have occurred in relation to FastPass+, the Disney Dining Plan, Advance Dining Reservations, and Extra Magic Hours. Take a look at these changes here. These will impact your vacation for the time being.
- Disney Vacation Club Resorts will officially reopen on June 22, as will Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Learn what safety guidelines will be put in place.

Ricki, do you think character meals or meet and greets will be back and running at some capacity by the end of august?
I don’t think they will have meet and greets in the traditional sense, Daisy. I think they will do something similar to what Universal is doing. You can take pictures but the characters will be on a stage behind you.
