I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary at Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. My wife and I dined along side Pam Forrester, co-owner of The Magic For Less Travel, and her husband who were also celebrating their 20th anniversary.
Having dined multiple times at most Disney dining venues over hundreds of Disney trips, this was our first time at Victoria & Albert’s so we were very excited for a brand new experience. It was perhaps the single best dining event of my life!
Upon checking in, we were seated at our table and presented with personalized souviner menus! My wife doesn’t particulary care for seafood selections so we had called ahead to alert them of her tastes and she had her own personalized menu without seafood selections on it. A very nice touch!
We had two dedicated Cast Members who were fluent in the Victoria & Albert’s dining experience having worked at the venue for 20 years (they were husband and wife). They made recommendations after speaking with us, suggested the wine pairing and told us about each wine, and they informed us of what was on each plate as they presented it. It was almost as if we had two personal servers – we never noticed their attention directed to any other table.
Our dining experience consisted of 7 full courses and we really enjoyed the wine pairing with each course – you receive half pours in each glass and each pairing accompanied the course selection perfectly!
Enjoy dining vicariously throughout our seven courses!

One may not think of Disney as a destination to get dressed up and enjoy fine dining. However, whether you are celebrating a romantic night for two or dining with lifelong friends Victoria & Albert’s is an elegant night to remember for any special occasion!
