Okay, everyone…let’s talk sweets!
Specifically, let’s talk about The Candy Cauldron in Disney Springs! This is one of my favorite shops to visit, not only in Disney Springs, but in all of Disney World! Why? Let’s find out!
The Candy Cauldron Theming
If you have a love for Disney villains, trust me, you’ll love this shop the moment you lay your eyes on it. The poison apple lays amidst the sign above the entrance, and when you walk into the store, you’ve walked in to her lair of candy apples, lollipops, cupcakes, and more!
The walls are decorated with scenes of her secret rooms of spell books, position bottles, and bubbling cauldrons. The Evil Queen even makes an appearance at the entrance, offering an apple to patrons who enter. I wouldn’t take it if I were you…
The Selection
Talk about your options! What’s nice about The Candy Cauldron is that it compares to the Confectionery on Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom, in which there’s baked goods as well as candy and other selections. Candy packages are available with selections such as candy worms, cotton candy, lollipops, gummy bears, etc. Essentially whatever candy you love, they have it.
Now, the baked goods are my favorite part. They have a massive selection of cupcakes, rice krispies, cake pops, toffee, chocolate squares, etc. Usually the options The Candy Cauldron provides are seasonal. For instance, around Halloween time, they have a lot of The Nightmare Before Christmas treats and Halloween Mickey and Minnie candied apples. Don’t worry, though! They always have the classics that are available all year round too!
If you have a specific dietary need, no worries! The confectioneries are there to help you make a selection based on what you need and what you would enjoy.
The Location
The Candy Cauldron is located on the West Side of Disney Springs, and it sits right across from Exposition Park and the Starbucks. All along this path, there are many stores, including a Marvel Super Hero Headquarters store, the Star Wars: Galactic Outpost Store, and the AMC Dine In Theater.
