It’s summer and that means it’s hot down in Orlando. When you are looking to cool off, sometimes you’re looking for something frozen and refreshing. That’s where the Joffrey’s Coffee comes in handy. The best news is that there at least one Joffrey’s location in each of the four theme parks, so if you are looking for something, there’s always one option close by.
So, while I was at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and was just wilting in the heat, I decided as I was walking past the Joffrey’s kiosk that I wanted something cool. Joffrey’s at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is located right at the entrance to Toy Story Land by the current Municiberg (The Incredibles section.)
Joffrey’s is, of course, known for their great coffee beverages. They have options like lattes, coffees, teas, and hot chocolates. They also have beverages with alcohol, if you are so inclined. But they also have frozen cappuccinos! This is what the heat ordered on this particular day.
Joffrey’s frozen cappuccinos are fantastic. They give you that jolt of energy while cooling you down. In addition, I find Frappuccinos to be too much…I often find them too sweet….but the frozen cappuccino features the right mixture. It cooled me down quickly and I enjoyed just relaxing around the park with my beverage.
My husband got the strawberry/mango smoothie. He doesn’t drink coffee, so this was the perfect option. He found it to be quite delicious and it was the perfect drink for the hot day.
So, the next time you are in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and it’s 98 degrees with 100% humidity, stop by Joffrey’s for a cool, refreshing treat. It will absolutely be worth it.
