- The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been extended through Wednesday, January 6.
- For a limited time starting January 21, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios there will be a sneak peek of Disney’s newest animated film “Zootopia.” The peek will be presented as part of the finale of Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream offering Guests a special advance look at scenes from the film. The current finale of Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream will go on a brief hiatus during this time.
- In order to prepare for the expansion at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, guests will no longer be able to meet Phineas & Ferb and Lightning McQueen & Mater after January 4. Additionally, the merchandise cart and the Joffrey’s kiosk located near Premiere Theater will be closed after January 4.

Taking place most dates from January 4 – March 20 at Hollywood & Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Minnie’s Silver Screen Dine at Hollywood & Vine will bring movie magic to life with themed décor, food, music and activities fun for the whole family.
- Soarin’ at Epcot will be closed for refurbishment beginning January 4 and will reopen in the summer of 2016.
- Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs is about to undergo construction beginning January 6. When the restaurant reopens in the summer of 2016, it will be renamed the Planet Hollywood Observatory. With the renovation, the venue will have a fresh new look and feel and expand by 13,000 square feet with a new patio bar, new terrace and more outdoor seating.
- To make way for new experiences, The Yard and the ESPN Club merchandise shop will close January 6.
