- You all know how much I love the Cake Cups found at Cheshire Cafe at the Magic Kingdom, right? (They are my favorite snack, for sure!) Well, now there are two new additions! One is the White Chocolate Rabbit. It’s made of made of yellow cake base that includes small bits of chocolate cake mixed in throughout and comes complete with white chocolate ears and an edible flower and vanilla buttercream frosting. The second version is known as the Queen of Hearts Strawberry Shortcake. this version is also made with yellow cake, but there is a strawberry sauce and strawberry frosting included. It comes with a queen of hearts playing card edible decoration and an edible flower.
- Big news for you Frozen fans! Anna and Elsa will be moving from the Norway Pavilion at Epcot to the Princess Fairytale Hall at the Magic Kingdom starting on April 20. This will mean that now guests will be allowed to be able to make FastPass+ reservations. Keep in mind that the sisters will only been meeting until early evening though. Afterwards, other visiting Disney princesses will appear.
- A brand new dessert party has been added to Epcot. The Illuminations Sparkling Dessert Party is available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 7:45 p.m. until 9:20 p.m. Current pricing is $49 for adults (ages 10 and up) and 29 for children (ages 3-9), and tax and gratuity are included. The dessert party location is in Showcase Plaza. Dessert options include tiramisu from Italy, vanilla pot de crème from France, shortbread cookies from the United Kingdom, baklava from Morocco, sugar-dusted cronis with strawberry sauce from America, and a selection of delicious ice-cream treats. Also available for guests will be lemonade, coffee, teas, sparkling wine from Washington State and Prosecco from Italy. Advanced Dining Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance.
