“The Jungle Book: Alive with Magic” show will be ending its limited engagement on September 5 at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The other new additions for Disney’s Animal Kingdom will continue, including Kilimanjaro Safaris at night, Harambe Wildlife Parti, Discovery Island Carnivale and the awakening of the Tree of Life throughout the fall. No information has been announced about Rivers of Light yet.
- The Main Street Electrical Parade will be ending its historic run at the Magic Kingdom on October 9. The parade will be moved to Disneyland in the beginning of 2017.
- On September 14, The Sum of All Thrills and StormStruck will no longer be available to Guests due to the sponsorship agreements for these attractions ending. The only attraction remaining open in Innoventions are Colortopia by Glidden. Plans for the space are expected to be announced at a later date.
- Starting September 14, Walt Disney World Passholders will be able to pick up a commemorative Epcot International Food & Wine Festival tumbler at Innoventions East.
- Through September 30, Disney is offering single day park hopper tickets for Annual Passholders at a discounted rate. An Annual Passholder can purchase 1-Day Park Hopper tickets, for up to 6 guests, at $79 plus tax each, for same-day admission to all 4 theme parks. Friends and family tickets are available only at Walt Disney World theme park ticket windows and must be used on the day of purchase. Passholder must be present at time of purchase with a valid pass.
