- Reservations are now open for the 2019 Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Holiday Dessert Party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Guests who make reservations will be able to enjoy a dessert party along with reserved viewing for Wonderful World of Disney Animation and the holiday firework and projection show Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! - Beginning September 27, Guests can head to One Man’s Dream at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a preview of Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be hosting a New Year’s Eve party. The park will be open until midnight and will offer DJ’s in Discovery Island, Asia and DinoLand U.S.A., along with a New year’s Eve countdown show on the Tree of Life. Details can be found here about what to expect.
- The Magic Kingdom’s Fireworks Dessert Party will see a price increase next year. For Tomorrowland Terrace seating, pricing will be $99 for adults and $59 for children. For Plaza Garden viewing, pricing will be $79 for adults, and $47 for children. More details are available here.
- A new “Beauty and the Beast”-inspired lounge is coming to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa this fall. The lounge, named Enchanted Rose, will celebrate the beauty and romance of the tale as old as time. This expanded bar and lounge space will bring even more magic to the second floor of the resort. - The S’il Vous Play interactive water play area for the Disney’s Riviera Resort will draw inspiration from the grand public fountains throughout Europe, this fanciful fountain will feature several beloved characters from the classic 1940 Disney film “Fantasia.” More information can be found here.
- The Walt Disney World Resort introduced all-new buses featuring Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto and now there are more buses featuring characters from some of the most Disney films that have joined the fleet. Find out which characters are being added here.
