Walt Disney World News
- Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs has temporarily closed. The shop originally opened as a soft opening. It will reopen officially again soon. Take a look at their menu here and see what their cookies look like here.
- Disney has announced that Cirque du Soleil’s Drawn to Life is slated to open in 2021. The show was originally supposed to to open in Disney Springs on March 20 2020, but was cancelled due to COVID-19. It was unclear if the new show would open, even at all. No official date has been released and we’ll make sure to share details with you when we learn them.
- As was previously announced back in June 2020, MagicBands are no longer provided on a complimentary basis with Walt Disney World Resort hotel stays. More details about this change, plus how much you can expect to pay for a MagicBand can be found here.
